the wits vs the nitwits
as i ponder the ryan vs biden (or what i was touting earlier as a contest with vices) i was amazed how spot on my assumption of how it would go was. i'm no political genius but i knew damn well that ryan had to get facts to the level people could understand them, not be a wonk and kill us with math, and be personable. i knew joey had to go on the attack, making up for the pair that barry soetoro clearly didn't have(i personally think michelle was keeping them in her purse...but i digress).he had to be witty and personable. portray himself as the elder statesmen with all the answers.
however joey doesn't like facts. math is confusing. the news isn't his friend on many levels and answering a straight question is hard. what to do? what to do?
why don't you try what al gore tried? belittle the opponent smirk and laugh, be rude and interrupt. all the things you get yelled at for in school when someone else is talking. try to confuse the voter with partisan statistics not even remotely factual and even more easily discredited as spin. when that fails, attack the moderator and tell her you need more time (even though the counter clearly on the screen says you've talked a full 2 min longer than your more concise opponent.
way to pull it together joey...you douche. biden was always a bit of a spoiled ass but he proved himself to be that kid you wanted to slap in the back row in your speech class. always one with the quip and the smart comment. never let your opponent finish a sentence let alone a thought... cause you know you got nothing! you gave it your best shot and the best your guy could do was lower his golf score by a couple of notches. don't get me wrong, that's probably quite an accomplishment,but its not what the american people asked you to do...
and joe? as a soldier...shut up about afghanistan! im here right now, and your plan is shit! the stupidest thing ive ever heard a candidate say so far was you trying to defend a "partnership" with the afghanis that has done nothing but cost the lives of american soldiers because we trusted you to keep us safe from them with your policies!
