in this corner...

well in just a few hours our current president and leader of the free world takes the stage once again to face his only real contender. in a pitiful performance the president showed us his contempt for the whole process in the first debate, not even bothering to study the topics and showing the people that they should just vote for him based on his personality.


that's not good enough sir!
 not by a long shot.



coming into this whole thing like you're Ivan Drago and just expect us to take the beating, stay on the mat and quit. you may scare us, but we are god damned Americans! we will rise. we will stand. and we will continue to fight for our pride and for our country until you've killed us or we have defeated you! were proud to drape ourselves in the flag and proud of our country and its accomplishments. why shouldn't we be? we are the leaders of the free world and the savior and champions of the oppressed people in it. we are the model of free thought and expression. the concept of that freedom is so foreign that in many countries they have absolutely no concept of true expression and why we are so passionate about free speech.

but i digress. it seems this tangent has somehow ran full circle on this administrations watch. they condemned a film maker for doing exactly what he should be doing. being critical of a system he sees as corrupt. like charlie Chaplin did to Hitler with "the great dictator" or Fritz Lang did to the Nazis with "man hunt". we forget that the only expression worth protecting is controversial expression. if we all agreed on everything why would we need the protection at all? so i end up defending "piss Christ" even though i think the artist is a terrible hack and without his anti religion theme nobody would talk about him at all. he knows poking the bear gets attention and hes not even being that clever or meaningful.

a waste of time and effort if you ask me.

still, our leader condemned our most valuable freedom for some political brownie points with a sub-human culture that shot a 14 year old girl in the head! don't bother telling me that wasn't representative of Muslims...   I've seen and experienced enough of Mahomet's followers to know that Islam is no religion of peace. they don't want it and will refuse it when its offered. so why does our president bend his knee to these animals? what do they offer us that could possibly benefit us?

don't say oil...if that argument was true we would pull out our troops tomorrow, bomb them down to two percent of their current number and take over every pump. the oil would flow in a week and the price would be under a dollar a gallon. do we need to say it out loud to find the truth...?
